Sitting Services

Caring dog sitting for when you’re away, at work or need an extra pair of hands. Your dog gets calm, familiar care from someone who treats them like one of her own.

Danni offers dog sitting for owners who need someone caring, reliable and familiar to look after their dog while they’re out, at work or away. Every sit is built around your dog’s normal routine, helping them feel settled, comfortable and cared for.

Before any sitting booking, Danni takes time to get to know your dog properly. After an initial WhatsApp chat, she’ll arrange an in-person visit to learn about their personality, routine, behaviour and anything important to know. She wants honesty, the good, the bad and the ugly, so she can make sure the care is right for your dog.

Calm, familiar care

Dog sitting is ideal for dogs who prefer a quieter setting, need company during the day or feel more settled with one-to-one attention. Danni will chat through feeding, toilet breaks, medication, habits, likes, dislikes and anything else that helps your dog feel at ease.

Built around your dog

No two dogs are the same. Some need play and company, some need patience and reassurance, and some just need someone kind to keep them settled while their owner is away. Danni’s approach is simple: understand the dog first, then care for them in the way that suits them best.

“Clive absolutely loves Danni. He gets so excited as soon as the van pulls up, and he always comes home happy, tired and ready for a sleep. It’s amazing knowing he’s out having fun with someone I trust.”

“Danni is like a second dog mum for Dave. He absolutely loves her and sprints to the door when he knows it’s a Danni day. He used to be quite nervous, but regular walks with Danni have helped him gain so much confidence. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him.”

FAQ's

Got a question about walks or sits?

Whether you’re looking for regular pack walks or someone caring to sit with your dog, Danni takes time to understand what they need before any booking is confirmed.
What happens after I get in touch?

After a WhatsApp chat, Danni will arrange an in-person visit to meet you and your dog. She’ll ask about their routine, personality, behaviour and anything important to know, the good, the bad and the ugly.

Why does Danni assess every dog first?

Honesty helps Danni keep every dog safe and happy. It means she can decide which pack your dog will fit into best and how to care for them whilst you're away.

Can my dog try a pack walk first?

Yes. After the initial visit, Danni invites your dog to join a pack session for free so she can see how they settle, interact and enjoy the walk.

Where do the pack walks take place?

Pack walks take place in enclosed fields in Lymm or at Arley, giving the dogs space to run, play and enjoy themselves safely.

Do you offer dog sitting?

Yes. Danni also offers dog sitting for dogs who need care while you’re out, at work or away. She’ll chat through your dog’s routine and what they need so they feel settled and looked after.

Alongside dog sitting, Danni can also care for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets, keeping them comfortable in their own routine while you’re away.

What areas do you cover?

Barking Mad Fun covers WA4, including Stockton Heath, Latchford, Grappenhall, Thelwall, Wilderspool, Appleton and Lymm. Unsure if we can cover your area? Just ask!

How are the dogs transported?

Dogs are transported safely in Danni’s van and crated securely while travelling to and from their walks.
